5. Booking and Appointments

Bookings made through our website or Halaxy booking system are subject to our clinic appointment and cancellation policy. By making a booking you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking

  • Attend your appointment at the scheduled time or provide adequate notice of cancellation

  • Pay the applicable consultation fee at the time of service

 Wave Functional Health reserves the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion. You will be notified as soon as practicable if an appointment needs to be cancelled by the clinic.

 

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or where the patient does not attend may incur a cancellation fee. Details of our current cancellation fee policy are available at the clinic or by contacting us directly.

 

7. Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of consultation. We accept payment via Tyro Health EFTPOS, HICAPS for health fund claiming, and cash. We are not a bulk-billing service. All fees are clearly communicated prior to treatment.

Package payments are made in accordance with the package agreement entered into at the time of enrolment. Package fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Wave Functional Health.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Wave Functional Health and Dr Matt le Roux are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use this website

  • Any information obtained from this website

  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

  • Any errors or omissions in content published on this website

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
